Executive Leadership Team

Time at Weaveability: 10 years +

My main responsibilities are

  • Getting the best out of the team
  • Providing direction and accelerating change
  • Hitting sales KPIs

Professional accomplishments I’ve achieved include

  • Delivered one of the first SAP small/mid-market implementations in the UK in 1999
  • Assembled a team that delivered ground-breaking developments within SAP for eCommerce and portal technologies
  • Featured in the SAP Global announcement for innovation
  • Created Weaveability with Jon Brooks and the great team we had at that point, focusing on web applications for eCommerce
  • Weaveability was successfully acquired into the itelligence group in 2019

Personal accomplishments I’m proud of include

Black belt second dan, although my son is third dan so trumps me!

Three words to describe myself…

Calm (in the main), supportive and encouraging.

My loved ones would describe me as…

A workaholic, dedicated and the one to go to in a crisis!

A little about my life outside of work

Family is my priority and we do a lot together. I enjoy walking with my dog on untrodden paths, up in the hills and out of the way! I particularly like Scotland and want to spend more time exploring there. I watch a lot of rugby with my boys. I prefer listening to a podcast over music (sad I know!), currently listening to The Infinite Monkey Cage, Moral Maze, The Curious Cases of Rutherford and Fry and of course House of Rugby! When I do listen to music, my current go-to band is Royal Blood. My favourite dish is chicken tikka jalfrezi. I’m also trying to get back into golf.

I'm passionate about

Innovation and change.

You’ll never see me without

My glasses - well as of writing this!

The websites I visit the most are

Amazon – got to be in most people’s top three hasn’t it?
