itelligence & Weaveability - A Partnership founded on Customer Experience

This year, itelligence UK acquired a majority shareholding in Weaveability.
So where did we come from and what are we all about?

Weaveability, a SAP specialist digital engagement and eCommerce solutions provider, was founded in 2009, based in Bury, just north of Manchester. This year we mark our tenth anniversary. We’ve grown into a team of over 50 people across a variety of disciplines. We have a vibrant team of individuals who share a passion for deep technical expertise and data driven digital transformation. Not only do we work with SAP Customer Experience Solutions, SAP C/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP ERP, we’ve also developed a proprietary range of complementary solutions to the core SAP e-commerce components under our Omnia brand.

 

Expertise and experience

 

Weaveability was originally a customer of itelligence UK with the relationship quickly turning into a strategic partnership. We have implemented a number of successful projects including; the deployment of B2B Customer Portals to Boughey Distribution and Certsure; a B2B Supplier Portal solution to Malvern Panalytical and hosting/managed services. The largest project to date is with Smyths Toys and their European SAP CX (Hybris) roll-out that has strengthened the retailer’s online shopping experience. Smyths Toys with our support, has extended their SAP CX (Hybris) platform to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

As you’d expect, a strong senior team drives our progress, collectively boasting over 100 years of experience in eCommerce, gained from working with brands such as Smyths Toys, Tesco, Next Retail, Dolphin and Wickes. Our board of Directors have over 20 years of SAP background and 15 years of deep SAP eCommerce experience. With this kind of pedigree, we pride ourselves on deep knowledge, strong governance and project management.

Weaveability’s team of experts has comprehensive skills in many areas of SAP including solutions architecture, consulting, development, hosting, creative UX / UI design, and web-based developments. This unique combination of in-house specialisation on the one hand, and in-depth technological know-how on the other, positions Weaveability perfectly to further strengthen itelligence’s service offerings.
