We have given our website a makeover, and even expanded our expert offering with a brand new eCommerce blog.
To reflect our position within the eCommerce marketplace as innovators, we have updated our own online experience so you can really get to grips with our solution. We’ve improved both the design and navigation to make it easier for our site visitors to find out exactly what they need to know, while reducing the number of pages and making our content more concise.
Marcus Castle, Creative Director, explained: “Following discussions with our existing and prospective customers, it transpired that our previous site was displaying a confusing message. It showed all of our fantastic products and services, but over complicated the message. Our main objective in designing the new site was to ensure that the message was clear and simple. With this in mind, the brief for the new site was to make the message simple to digest and demonstrate exactly what the business provided.
“We spent several months designing and reviewing, copywriting and testing to ensure we had the best possible site to launch. We have given the site a massive visual overhaul and removed unnecessary clutter. We ensured that the tone of voice, the branding and the overall visual delivery of the site was in-line with our array of marketing materials. This gives our customers a consistent view of our offering. We are confident that we have delivered a stunning site that provides the user with easy-to-read information provided in 'bite size' chunks that explain our Omnia eCommerce solution in simple terms.”
As well as improving our site, we’ve created this brand new blog which is easily accessible from our main menu. Every week you will be able to find new articles on various topics relating to the ever-changing world of eCommerce, from social media and mobile commerce, to technology and news. As well as our own feed of company news, you’ll also find our ‘Client-side’ section which will provide collections of in-depth, project-focused blogs, as we delve into the goings on of individual client developments.
Steve Yates, Managing Director at Weaveability, added: “The new website release coincides with our SAP-certified status. It shows how great design and delivery are ultimately the key to any user experience, and the site vibrantly demonstrates our prowess in the field of eCommerce, encompassing the advantages of our solutions. All our teams are very proud about what we do and what we stand for – the site is another demonstration of how meticulous we are in the art of great customer service.”
