With the Weaveability team expanding at a constant rate, we thought it was about time we got some new premises. Here’s a sneak peek for you!
To reflect our business aspirations and plans for growth over the next 12 months, the Weave family have moved to larger offices to accommodate more members of our team, to cope with customer demand.
Steve Yates, Managing Director, explained further: “For the last five years, we’ve moved offices a number of times making reasonable steps, but underestimated the number of recruits that we’d take on each year. Our latest move gives us plenty of room to expand and is a far more engaging space for our teams; the offices have plenty of character with designs lead by our creative team.”

Steve continued: “The space provides an open-plan design where our Sales, Creative, Marketing and Development teams sit alongside each other, providing better collaboration between teams in an ad-hoc manner. We don’t have unnecessary meetings to get teams together; we communicate when required. This approach not only makes us very agile in our ability to work around design concepts, but it shares the experiences and solutions in an open office benefiting everyone.
“It’s underestimated just how much working in an open-plan environment as one team can change things. If you followed the ‘Tour de France 2015’, much of Sky performance has been put down to the team all training together and working together instead of working isolated in their own countries. A huge thank you to our teams for making this happen.”
